NURSERY & LITTLE ARDVRECK

Nursery (3-5 year olds) –

£55 per session (8.15am until 3.15pm)

We welcome applications as a Perth & Kinross Partnership Nursery, providing funded hours to children aged 3 to 5 years.

Little Ardvreck (5-7 year olds) –

£2,980 per term (8.30am until 3.15pm)

After School Club – £18 per afternoon session (3.15 pm until 6.00pm or part thereof)

Little Ardvreck Details

An acceptance deposit of £500 is payable when the offer of a place in Little Ardvreck (aged 5 onwards) is accepted.  This will be credited to a pupil’s account on their final fee note, subject to any outstanding liability or charge.

Personal Accident Insurance Cover is added on each term’s account.  The Questions and Answers and the Pupil Notice are available.
School Fees Refund Insurance is an optional charge.

Fees are payable on or before the first day of each term.

A full term’s notice of intention to withdraw a child from the school or from boarding is required in writing to the Bursar. Failing such notice, a full term’s fees must be paid in lieu.

MAIN SCHOOL
FORMS 1 TO 6 INCLUSIVE

Boarders – £9,370 per term

Day Pupils – £6,240 per term
(Monday-Friday 8.30am until 6pm, Saturday 8.25am until 1pm)

Flexi Boarding*
Flexi 1 (one night) – £520 per term
Flexi 2 (two nights) – £1,010 per term
Flexi 3 (three nights) – £1,470 per term
Flexi 4 (four nights) – £1,880 per term
Flexi 5 (five nights) – £2,290 per term

*Flexi Boarding is available to all day pupils. The fees above will be added to the Day Pupil fee.

Occasional Boarding, (one night) is available to all Day Pupils at a rate of £58 per night.  No discounts or bursaries will apply to Occasional Boarding.

Boarding fees include laundry and normal medical attention; fees for day pupils include lunch. Boarding and day fees include most necessary books and stationery.

Evening Meal (if not Boarding or at an evening activity) – £4.00 per evening

Music Lessons (full details from Director of Music) – £21 per lesson

Counselling Sessions – £21.00 per session

Learning & language Support (extra sessions) – £21.00 per session

Optional activities may incur an additional charge.

A full term’s notice is also required in writing to the Director of Music of the intention to terminate music lessons.

A non-refundable registration fee of £150 is payable upon application for admission to the school at all levels. Receipt of the registration fee records the name of the pupil on the Entry List but does not constitute an offer of a place at Ardvreck.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Payment Options

Fees are payable in advance and invoices must be settled on or before the first day of each term.
Monthly payment schemes are available and any parents can discuss this method of payment with the Bursar.
The school is willing to accept payment from a number of child voucher schemes.
If you do not see the school listed with your provider please discuss the options with the Bursar.
Financial assistance towards payment of school fees at Ardvreck School can be given to pupils of families meeting the qualifying criteria.
Bursaries – means tested bursaries are available and the allocation of such bursaries is at the discretion of Finance Committee.

Any request for additional discounts will be subject to a means tested application.

Bursary applications will not be considered for any placement at the school less than an academic year.
Forces Discount – A 10% discount is available to all full-time serving members of the armed forces (non means tested).
General – A 2% discount is offered for fees paid annually in advance.
Each child will only be entitled to one bursary/discount award. Awards are available to all children from Form 1 upwards.

The above policies will apply to all new children joining the school from September 2020.
